Refund Policy
Quire is a monthly subscription with a free trial up front, so you can evaluate it fully before paying. This page explains cancellations and refunds.

Free trial first
Every account starts with a free trial — no card required to explore the product. You only pay once you choose to subscribe, so you can decide whether Quire fits your workflow before any charge.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that your account drops to read-only — your reports stay readable and exportable, you just can't create or edit until you resubscribe.
Refunds
If something goes wrong — you were charged after cancelling, billed in error, or the service was unavailable for a sustained period — email billing@quire.report within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right, typically with a full or pro-rated refund to your original payment method.
Because a free trial lets you evaluate Quire before paying, we don't generally refund a renewal you forgot to cancel — but tell us what happened and we'll be reasonable.
Statutory rights
Nothing here removes any rights you have under consumer law. UK/EU consumers may have additional statutory cancellation rights; this policy operates alongside them, not instead of them.
